Pricing questions
How do I buy a pack?
Sign in and open Billing to buy an available pack with PayPal. If buying is unavailable, no payment can be initiated. Credits arrive after payment confirmation.
What counts as a credit?
One Credit is $0.001 of service usage. Input tokens cost $1 per million and output tokens cost $4 per million. Local-kit inference uses no online credits.
Do packs expire?
Pack balance stays valid for 365 days from verified payment.
Are there subscriptions or refunds?
No subscriptions — only one-time packs. For a completely unused pack, email support@ajaxmodel.dev with your PayPal transaction ID for manual review. There are no instant or self-service refunds; used packs are normally not refundable. See the refund policy for exceptions and what an approved refund changes.
